Inland Valley Hope Partners is a collaboration of faith communities, businesses, individuals and community
groups, with a mission to ensure the empowerment of people in need by providing food, shelter and supportive services.
Inland Valley Hope Partners serves over 65,000 children, women and men a year throughout the Inland Valley, including
the communities of:
| Chino |
La Verne |
Pomona |
| Chino Hills |
Montclair |
Rancho Cucamonga |
| Claremont |
Mt. Baldy |
San Dimas |
| Diamond Bar |
Ontario |
Upland |
| Walnut |
and contiguous unincorporated areas
|
|
|
|
We serve children and their families through our 3 food pantries (located in Ontario, Pomona and San
Dimas), a residential family shelter “Our House”, and the Pomona Certified Farmer’s Market.
|
|
We provide these programs through the generous support of our partners in
hope, like our business partners, faith partners, service partners, individual donors, special event
supporters and private and public funders, and of course our wonderful volunteers.
In addition to generous donors (both financial and in-kind) and funders, we have several fund raising opportunities
throughout the year including the Walk for the Hungry and the Golf Tournament, our Phones for Food program, GoodSearch and several programs with local grocers. |
