Our programs provide:
- Services to no, very low and low income individuals and families
- Services to 75,000 people annually
- Basic staple foods for over 620,000 meals
- 10,000 nights of shelter and housing annually
Inland Valley Hope Partners is made up of four core programs and fulfills its mission by providing the following services:
FOOD SECURITY PROGRAM
• locations in Pomona, Ontario and San Dimas
• 5 days worth of food for each member of the family
• Special food packets for homeless individuals
• Families and individuals may received food every 30 days
• Information and Referral to other social services as needed, both public and private
EMERGENCY HOUSING PROGRAM
CERTIFIED FARMERS MARKET, POMONA
• Every Saturday, 7:30 am – 11:30 am
SUPPORTIVE SERVICES
• Family and Individual counseling
• Life Skills assistance
• Employment & housing search assistance
• Rental/mortgage assistance
• Utility assistance
• Motel vouchers
